It was an alright time, just alittle upset that they changed all the games and got rid of games I would like to play. We wanted wings but their kitchen closes at 7 way too early if you ask me. Probably why I don't go there very often.

While putting money into machines for a hour, and it being fairly busy with patrons, no beverage person came around to ask if I needed anything.
If I ran this place, it would be mandatory for managers to walk the floor, constantly, and engage with patrons spending money. Unfortunately, good management is hard to come by these days.

We were there last night between 730 pm and 900 pm. First of all dinner in the restaraunt was one of the worst meals we've ever had. The shrimp was old and pure rubber and the prime rib looked and tasted like it had been cooked days ago. Then the drawing, why is only 1 person called to win all the prizes? Wouldn't it be more fun to spread out your prizes to more than one winner?I'm not even going to comment on the floor slot machines. Needless to say, our experience was horrible. The man that works in the cage is awesome though, too bad there isn't a way to split him up to work all positions or at least make him an employees customer service trainer! .Thank you.
