Large parking but only four fuel islands and drivers are taking 30 minutes or more to fuel, not pulling up after fueling and sitting in their trucks on the fuel island not fueling. I was going to buy 75 gallons but I left without buying anything. Going to Petro.

Things are always broke at this pilot and the employees are not good, waited 5 minutes just to order Subway because manager was in the back not paying attention then he went back in the back while my sandwich toasting then later went in to scan bills and scanner not working cashier don't even try to anything just calls manager oh now he's on lunch so it will 30 minutes before he even thinks about looking at by the way I believe the same manager that was in the back earlier instead of helping people at subway

Filthy place. So miserable and primitive. The staff is unfriendly too

Nice people, clean restrooms, Hot Food, Subway, Family Follar across the street in walking distance.

But no Laundry and no showers, (told us all 3 were broken and was waiting for a guy to come out and fix them) also pilot app says they have 5 showers but I guess really only have 3 needs up dating. Lotta homeless people digging in the dumpster late at night or hanging outside smoking something and it wasn't cigarettes or flower. Be cautious late at night.

This Pilot is good because of the businesses nearby. There's a nice (kind of expensive) grocery store across the street. There's a Dollar General. There's a Cafe. There's a Post Office. All within walking distance.
Parking can be tight sometimes.
But if you have a choice between stopping here or pushing on to Battle Mountain - if you're a trucker you should stop here.
Even if it's only for the coffee.
If you head to Battle Mountain and shut down at that independently owned Flying J - you're going to have a bad time.
