I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and the staff were polite and prompt.
The only downside is that the rooms are slightly dated and don't have great sound proofing. You can hear people in the hallway very clearly.
The hotel is in a fantastic location with great amenities! Private beach, gym and a pool.
Pardon my photos as they were taken two days in to the trip. The photos they show of the hotel on the booking websites are part of the new 'West Wing' of the resort, not the older main building that we stayed at. Like I said, older but definitely nothing wrong with the rooms! They were spotless and comfortable. The AC worked like a dream, and the TVs were smart TVs, I was able to pair with my phone easily to watch Netflix!
Overall, 4/5 because of the noise mainly, I will definitely come back to stay here if I plan another trip to Penticton!

Better hotel in the area, stayed many times with kids and dog, clean, restaurants on site. No kitchenettes. Swimming pool and hot tub, private beach, close to dog beach. Unfortunately, with the dogs we are able to book only 2d floor, which is above the bar roof that has loud fans.
Friendly, helpful staff, nice views.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable; the cleaning staff, the front desk, and both the bellman. Our stay was exceptional because of the staff. Thank you very much for that experience! And the Barking Parrot restaurant was superb, great food and great prices, large portions. Thanks!!

Loved this place. Was there for work and was very pleased with the room. Had to contact the front desk staff to sort out the thermostat but after that it was great. Only complaint was that we left a day early.

This hotel will not get our service, staff are very rude. As you know we all have been impacted one way or another by covid. My husband called to see if they had any promotions going on at the moment, the staff that was helping helping my husband told him that they don't need provide any offers. We were looking to getaway and celebrate our wedding anniversary.
