This is the first time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. I was excited because it was a non-smoking Hotel in the middle of the strip. It exceeded all expectations! I was upgraded to a strip view which my 12 year old son love. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are all right, but again for the location and the price they are fantastic! I am writing this while I am lounging and one of their many pools on a hot Sunday afternoon oh, and even though the pool area is not as good as the Mandalay Bay again for the price and the location it is the best value by far I have come across for a weekend stay in Vegas. I am definitely coming back again and this will be my spot in Vegas when I come on the weekends!

I had the most wonderful stay! This was my first time visiting Vegas and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options - I decided on Park MGM mainly because it is smoke-free, other factors were that it is an MGM brand and the price was good. I arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in early. No crazy lines to check-in! Every time I called the desk, someone answered. The three pools were lovely with both sunny and shady spots, and weren't overcrowded at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome as well - the only car rides I needed were to/from the airport, which were very quick rides. I'll stay again!

Robin S. at Sports Book is hands down the most incredible employee/person I have ever met. Her demeanor from the beginning was great and it only got better from there. She is patient, kind, personable and just all around an incredible person. Throughout this pandemic, people haven't had the most positive attitude and Robin is a ray of sunshine. I will continue to book my stays at Park MGM because of Robin and her being so warm and welcoming to sports betters of all types! Thank you Miss Robin! You rock!!

My family and I absolved Park MGM! Upgraded our room to a sweet. It was pretty big. Super clean. Extra refrigerator was given to us. Staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Also love the no smoking!

I love that this resort it is smoke free however the only restroom area in the casino is located in the rear. My cell phone was stolen and security couldn't view/check cameras. The cameras are monitored through an external security agency not Park MGM which was very disappointing. Even with that happening, I still love that this is a SMOKE-FREE resort.

Overall, I love the casino. Security, waitress, and general staff are friendly. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the theft of my phone.

Park MGM please keep this resort smoke free.
