Enjoyed going to palace casino for several reasons. First it is smoke free. The steak I ate was perfect. The buffet is hard to beat. Will be going back. Great all around exsperience.

I stayed her for 3 night I asked for a king bed non smoking but upon checking in they put me in 2 bed and I the the room was handicap accessible I called the front desk and the person who answered the phone said yes how can I help you that's not how you answer the phone then I explained that I was confirmed for a king bed she said I don't see that I explained I received and email form hotel director then transfer to the operator and she seemed confused about why the young lady transfer me then someone named Megan got on the phone and stated she would have the manager call me the next day which she did I think her name was Stephanie which was really nice and she apologized and offered to move us but we was really tried from being up late gambling. I asked the maid for fresh towels and she was very I mean very rude. The good thing about my stay was the view it was gorgeous but the staff her needs a lot of work. I myself is in the hotel business and I wouldn't tolerate the attitude if my staff was this rude to our guest.

The cleanest Casino resort we have stayed on, on the coast! We will most definitely return. As far as resort/food is considered the buffet was phenomenal on Sunday! Great customer service all around from cooks to house keeping. The room was spotless and clean as a whistle. However, the casino didn't have quite the same level of customer service in the security guard department. We had a guy that was rather rude when it wasn't necessary at all, other than that we loved the floor lay out. Not as many playbacks as we would like, but that's not one of our main concerns on this trip. Hope to visit again in the future!
