Well first off they are way under staffed..I had to wait in a super long line just to check in because they only had one person working behind the counter..Then they didn't have the room that i reserved the person behind the counter said well i see your request in here and some notes but someone didn't follow through and reserve your room..He didn't apologize but out of his kind heart gave me the players reward price which was 10 dollars off..WOW ! My wife accidentally left her make-up bag and i called 11 times before i finally got to speak to someone at the Osage Casino Hotel because they have a call service answering their calls who is also understaffed..Then i was informed that they would not mail her make-up to us because of a policy issue even though i would pay for the shipping..I was told that they would hold her make-up for 10 days but i would have to drive back to the Casino and pick it up..Then when we used the valet service we got out of our car left it running and had the key fob in our hands to give it to the attendant at the podium another attendant drove off in the car..We brought the issue to their attention and was assured everything will be taken care of..But unfortunately the attendant who took the car when they parked it couldn't find the keys to the car but found my truck keys which was in the center console and checked them in with the car..Long story short i didn't notice my truck keys were still at the Osage Casino in the valets possession until i needed my truck to go to work..I will say this the lady i spoke with at the Hotel who was in charge of the valet after 17 minutes of trying to get the call center to answer the phone was super nice and did overnight my keys to me..I will never stay at another Osage Casino Hotel ever again and i would not recommend it to anybody else..

I had a king bed in my room which was great. The bathroom was great and I had a lovely view. The pool and hot tub area was really chill with a poolside bar, fire pit and cabanas. My only issue was my room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave which I think should be standard. They didn't allow outside food or drinks which I also didn't like but all in all it was a great experience!

I don't win here and it's a 30 min. drive for me.
