We visit this place quite often for the Tokyo flea market. The biggest of its kind we have found here in Tokyo. From antiques to clothing- all there in a huge variety.

We went for winter illuminations, really nice, kids could sit on poneys for a picture (but not for a ride). The route wasn't optimized for strollers (though wheelchairs could be lifted in stairs) which was a shame for a family friendly event.

Came here for winter illumination. The racecourse is well maintained and clean, I had so much fun going around numbers of great ornaments. There are horse resting right next to the racecourse, but the smell is hardly noticeable.

It is a very nice place to visit at night.
The light and sound effect is really intriguing and the ideas are delicate. But the most of all, the staff are so kind and lovily.
I would like to visit here again during my second trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended.
