The San Francisco Suite was amazingly luxurious. 10stars and 5 thumbs up! Got a very sweet deal on the rooms. And had a fabulous little mini vacation that was way overdue! The Hospitality Suite in the Resort Tower was nice too! I will be back to the Nugget for sure. Excellent service and friendly staff. Cant say enough good things about the Nugget!

Good stay while visiting for business. Quick check-in process by helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Casino was great, some of the most personable dealers I have ever played with. Had a great time here.

Rooms are beautiful and classy and high-end. The furniture is extremely nice and so is the upholstery, wall coverings, mirrors and lamp shades. Looks even better in real life than the pictures. Check-in girl was friendly and moved the line quickly. Sierra was patient and helpful, because of her I booked five nights and am enjoying every one of them. She is a great front lines person. Thanks for the hospitality!

The pool and gym are top notch. Room was good but air conditioning wasn't working very good. Elevators to the rooms take forever. The line for the elevator at times was 50 or more people deep. Need signs to stairs cause I never found them. Just has a sign that says in case of fire take elevator. That's great but maybe a map of those stairs would be helpful?

Though from the outside the design of the building is unique. Inside leaves so much to be desired. It's clean and well maintained, yet dark and a bit confined.

They really need to brighten the casino floor, as I walk around the place almost feels like a dungeon.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I just don't like the interior space. Needs a proper redesign.
