I love this casino. They at least let you keep playing and have fun. The brandy old fashions are a must for me when I play. So delicious! Food is also very good and workers are very nice. I will keep going back.

Enjoyed all of our stays here. Clean rooms, staff kind,helpful and incredibly humorous. Had my Birthday Dinner here, outstanding, including our waitress. We had Shrimp, and Steak, it was amazing. The grill in the casino is pretty great also. Great food at an amazingly fair price, and generous portions. All Good here, ALL. ??'???'???'???'???'???'?

Shortly before Covid shut everything down I and everyone in my party had a horrible experience at Ember's grill. There have been multiple attempts of contacting management due to the unsatisfactory service. Since reopening no one has attempted to contact us in regards to that issue.

On that visit we were not pleased with the bingo experience either, lots of rudeness from floor workers (we had felt ignored at times when trying to get their attention), multiple machine glitches, and was very crowded; staff appeared confused or flustered, it was a rough night for customers and workers I believe. However we tried bingo this time around and were pleasantly surprised although none of us won we enjoyed the experience so much more than the previous time. Staff were professional and friendly, no glitches with the machines, most of the seats were full but with the Rona regulations being followed it did not feel cramped for space. The difference was night and day.

Bingo is also the reason this review gets 2 stars because based on the Ember's experience they deserve less than one!

Props also go to the security guards checking everyone each time they come in. I appreciate you guys looking out for customers and workers health and safety.

I truly enjoyed being at the casino I enjoyed the Eatery and the food I enjoyed my room especially thank you so much for the enjoyment you gave me I will see you next week

Wasted my first time at ho chunk. Decided to come here after and had a wonderful time, way more choices in slots, better chance of winning, the staff were nice, the restaurant was pretty good.
