Better than most !!! A bit crowded for cars dropping off and picking up, but everything seems to move along smoothly inside. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

Curbside unload and everyone directed us in and through the terminal no problem! The folks at Norwegian were terrific on our Alaskan Cruise in June 2019! Looking forward to another Norwegian Cruise on the BLISS again. Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: We all could use a little Bliss these days for sure!

Went on the Bliss last year, and the Joy this year to Alaska both times.
Both ships have great food and amenities.
When I pick next years cruise, we will be on the Bliss. She has the best sweats shop called Coco's.

Friendly staff. Pretty easy boarding. Clean and pretty efficient! Was beautiful as we pulled into port. Great photo op if you happen to be on the correct side!
