After leaving a scathing review 3 years ago & not visiting Napoleons Sheffield for those 3 years, I am happy to say that things have changed drastically for the better.
My luck was still appalling, but the experience was 100% improved.
Mark, the manager on duty, was excellent in his customer skills & all the staff were cheerful & professional.
I have no problem recommending this casino.

The food and service were absolutely brilliant. First class. A fantastic evening with family and friends. Thank you.

Nathan is the bar man 100% the best man working in napoleon's he was the best with his jokes and banter really helpful ..... bald headed bouncer was really unprofessional basing costomers on appearance thinking other was bringing more money to the table allowing fast track to other people and rude when confronted
