After leaving a scathing review 3 years ago & not visiting Napoleons Sheffield for those 3 years, I am happy to say that things have changed drastically for the better.
My luck was still appalling, but the experience was 100% improved.
Mark, the manager on duty, was excellent in his customer skills & all the staff were cheerful & professional.
I have no problem recommending this casino.
