Service started out good but it went down hill immediately after drinks were served and orders were taken. No one bothered to check on our table or offer refills. Our food took over 30 minutes to be served, after we were seated. We sat for over 15 minutes, after we we were done eating, waiting for our check and had to go ask for it ourselves. The food wasn't bad but nothing special either and was definitely not worth the price.

First thing first. I ordered a double chili cheeseburger. When I got my food, it was a simple double cheeseburger. Called them, and they were super pleasant. They offered a bowl of chili, which we went to get. Once we were there, they gave us a whole new order. So, we ended up with a regular double cheeseburger and a double chili cheeseburger. They had new staff which they mentioned. But, they gave me a whole new order. And that was beyond my mind. They are great folks! And, the food was amazing. First time in Deadwood, and for their food, I'd go back! Thank you, Mustang Sally's.

This is a great place to eat! The burgers are delicious. They offer other food as well, but the burgers are too good to not get. The restaurant has a great outdoor dining area as well. It's a great place to observe interesting Deadwood for a bit. You can also order takeout if you prefer. There are other places to eat in Deadwood, but this isn't contained in a saloon or a casino like most of the other restaurants (although it does have machines).

If you like good food and fast service come to Mustang Sally's. Our server Izzy B was the greatest. We came on a Friday at 11:30 for lunch and the service was great. It got busy but Izzy was right there to help us. I got the 86 burger and my wife got the fried shrimp both were very tasty. The Bruce Banner was cold and delicious. This is our second time here and we will return. Thank you Mustang Sally's.

If you are looking for great service and good food at reasonable prices.. go somewhere else in Deadwood, there are many other great places. Our server sucked, very slow, it took almost 40 min for a burger and beef nachos, but the all white table who came in after us and had a much bigger order got their food 10 min before us. I'll let you decide. To be honest, this place isn't diversity friendly and you will be able to tell from the stares. Do yourself a favor, keep past this place. Go down to the Nugget, i promise you will love it!! Deadwood is a great place overall. There is always one place though, that gives a bad name, this is it. Wish i didn't have to give a star for this place
