I don't usually stay overnight here since prices are usually WAY too high. But it's local enough that friends and family did day trips often. My husband and I would go about once a month with a few bucks and have some fun. Staff was always pretty friendly and helpful. It's not the cleanest ever, but there is so much foot traffic that it must be difficult to keep up with in general. Parking is pretty ample. They have a great array of slot machines and table games. Some of our favorites are the Goldfish penny slot and the dollar game towards one of the entrances.

Great bunch of people there. I worked with them for many years. Managers will do whatever needs to get done to make you happy. Buffet I must say, is exeptionential compared to Mohegan Sun. Food is always different and fresh. Slots seem to be paying as well. Set in a nice country setting in Mt Pocono, it's a must if your in the area. They have plenty to do such as trails right on the property, and indoor, outdoor pool, spa, plenty to eat,and even great entertainment. Enjoy!!

I stayed at this resort for two nights and 3 days. The first night was horrible. First the staff knocked on our door around 1:30am saying that we were smoking. We were not smoking anything. They checked the room and they did not find anything neither experienced any smell. The second time was because my partner and i had a slow and low music. I don't like how rooms are connected through a door from the inside which gives it a high chance of hearing everything the other room is saying or even listening to. I never received room cleaning. The second night was better but the few hours before checking out. We had two staff at different timing knocking on our door reminding us of the check out. It was really uncomfortable and we felt pressured. After leaving the room to go check out, the front desk receptionist said that we are checked out already. Did not even pay attention to us, felt like they wanted us out. The staff were not welcoming. The food overall was good. I liked the 24 hours restaurant. Specially their mac and cheese (must try)! if you would like a fridge in your room, you need to pay for a fridge per night which is absurd. The shower is really small. overall was a bad experience. I wont recommend it. & i wont revisit.
