It's been years since I have eaten here and I'm not sure why I stopped. The food was delicious, especially there breaded mushrooms. The waitress was not very attentive and we actually had to find and grab our own to go boxes after asking 3 times for them but the food was excellent.

I have always loved Montana Jacks. Great service. Dining in or taking out. Today our waitress was not as attentive. She seemed very unhappy with what she does. I handed her a tip directly. (I have witnessed people taking it off the tables) and most people say thank you. She did not bring the gravy I asked for. She had my toast on my daughters plate. So I tipped her 5. As she did get us napkins and did get the stuff forgotten. I should have gotten a thank you. I'm sure she was expecting more of a tip. I will say smile, act like you want to be there, check plates before you hand them out and I would have tipped better.
This will not detour me from coming back. I really like this place.

Montana Jacks has always been a family favorite. During the Pandemic we would order out. Tonight was the first time in about a year we ate inside the restaurant. The food and service is till great! The only complaint we have is that the French Onion soup was removed from the menu. We loved that soup and ordered it every time we ate here. Please bring it back.

My family and I have enjoyed Montana Jack's every time we have eaten there. The food is always good and the staff is very nice, especially Karin. Karin is the nicest lady you could ever meet.
