Absolutely freezing in the casino! Nobody there able to adjust the temperature as apparently they all took the day off according to the staff that to spoke to ( 4 of them). Well I understand it's difficult to maintain temperature consistently through three rooms of a building that was added on to, they're also has to be away to make adjustments for the clientele supporting the casino that are mostly elderly. When people are wearing both sweaters and sweatshirts at the same time in order to just sit at a machine(and are still freezing), an adjustment needs to be made and somebody needs to be available to make that adjustment. We spoke to four different people before giving up and cutting our stay there short.

My husband & i visited sat June 6th & stayed overnight. It was my husbands B-Day. 1st time visiting. We had the best time!! Not even 30 minutes playing & i won a Jackpot for $2500. My husband didn't do bad either. I also won a free overnight stay. Will be there again in 2 weeks!! Such clean rooms & very friendly staff!!

They have a lot of the same machines. No information in rooms with restaurant hours or menus.

It would have been nice to have read about the traditions and values of the Potawatmee people.

I enjoy visiting Wisconsin casinos. I find Northern Wisconsin to be so beautiful and relaxing to drive through.

I've been gaming for 4 years and while some people say Mole Lake has old machines . . .I find them nostalgic. Heck some of these machines I haven't seen at other casinos.

Just had my first visit this past Saturday. . .and I would say that it was FUN!

Hotel was nice, food was fabulous! I did not care for all of the old slots. The employees were very nice.
