IMPORTANT. When arriving look for the sign that says drop off luggage only. That should say check in and drop luggage. One person should take the bags and check in. The other person will have to drive about a half mile to park. When you park you will not know where you are. Follow the signs to Casino. The Casino is next to the lobby. It is a long walk. Do not follow the signs that say hotel quests until you have dropped your luggage and checked in. Make sure your phones are working so you can find each other. If we had known all this we would have gone somewhere else. We thought we would arrive and have valet parking. Not get lost in parking lots

The room was beautiful, all of the staff was awesome. We had a lot of fun with another couple with the new table game lay-out. Props to you guys on that one, and I hope it continues post-pandemic. It allowed us to play our favorite table games as a group. We had an incredible dinner and I was glad to see Ben and Jerry's. Shopping options were both unique and high-end. A+. By far the best casino there is anywhere for fun and relaxation.

I was there Sunday (3/21). The reason I feel like to go this casino is from highway to highway meaning convenient... I have visited Mohegan Sun quite oven since the last 6-7 years... Of course I have offers from other casinos from different locations... I usually don't bother how much casino offers the momentum dollars which are for spending in casino shops in restaurants etc. But yesterday did draw my attention... Where l was playing several games that I used to play... Roughly spent 6 hours altogether.. but you know WHAT... I only got $10 momentum dollars... Average $1.66 per hour. Listen, I was in the games of $50 - $100 tables.... Not $15 minimum tables...
My questions are how those pit boss standard to rate the individual player's score??!! Winning from the casino's money are the goal target but to complimentary the players for returning the casino are they offering.... should the pit boss had a standard for the fair to all the players who visited Mohegan.

I have to proudly say that working at a place like Mohegan Sun, I don't think I want to work anywhere else.
As an EVS attendant and supply runner, am proudly to say that we have the best cleaning crew to keep everything spotless.
As a guest on some occasions I love walking through those doors seeing good costumer service as well.
I rate Mohegan Sun five stars because it is the most spectacular place to enjoy working with other team members, and keeping the place clean!
As for Mohegan Sun generally, the casino and restaurants speaks for its self. Great food, great atmosphere and just a great place to work with because of the benefits given to us!

We love Mohegan Sun!!! Always a great experience even when we lose. Good food - we went to Summer Shack for delicious Lobster Roll, Fish & Chips. Michael Jordan's. Wonderful perks keep us coming back. Very grateful, appreciative of this entertainment venue. A nice escape during troubling times. Doing a great job keeping a clean safe environment.
