First time there in a couple of years. It was awesome,so many new and different game's. And all of there seats were comfortable. Ate at Johnny Rockets and it was great. Really enjoyed it 😊.

This rating is for the racetrack operation. I attended the races on a beautiful spring day, April 24th.
There was no place to get food or drink. It was very inconvenient to place a bet, as there were NO windows open in the grandstand area. All bets had to be made in the upper area of the clubhouse. Bottom level clubhouse was closed. Very little consideration given for the bettor. Also, party patio had no tables and chairs.

It you are into donating your money, this place is perfect for you! Ever since they changed owners approx 3-4 years ago, Mohegan Sun has gone downhill. They only give $10 free slot when in the past it was a minimum of $20. The penny grove was fun and you actually won. Now the penny grove is long gone and winning is far and very few between. Greed has taken over that place. They waste money on mailings letting you know you have $10 for free slot play. Do they actually think I'm going to drive up there for $10 in free slot play?
My opinion based on factual playing, every other casino is far better than Mohegan Sun in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

They need a customer service program. Not being picky, but don't waste your money on the buffet. Go to Mt. Airy for that. Mohegan doesn't change up the menu at all. They serve the same food all week. And they charge like 17.95. Not worth it at alllllll. Ask what they have before you waste your money. Trust me. As far as customer service, the casino crew definitely need some customer service classes, I know there are definitely some that will say I do my job and that is true, but as a whole team it is lacking. They seem like they just don't like what they do. If not, maybe time to find something else. Mt Airy, much better trained.
