They need a customer service program. Not being picky, but don't waste your money on the buffet. Go to Mt. Airy for that. Mohegan doesn't change up the menu at all. They serve the same food all week. And they charge like 17.95. Not worth it at alllllll. Ask what they have before you waste your money. Trust me. As far as customer service, the casino crew definitely need some customer service classes, I know there are definitely some that will say I do my job and that is true, but as a whole team it is lacking. They seem like they just don't like what they do. If not, maybe time to find something else. Mt Airy, much better trained.
