Place to relax kinda luxurious but ok.
*People: Great. They'll greet you with a smile. Responds so well with my queries.
*Food: Yummy and delicious food. I want more choices in the buffet like a kinda more for kids to choose i hope.
*Room: Clean.
*Beach: great especially for their water activities.
*Pool: some needs to be cleaned. but ok.
*Kid's Playroom: Hope they fix it. Coz Some kids visit there.
*Spa: Fantastic.

The place is relaxing but the resort needs maintenance check. There are villas with damaged roofs and ceilings. Our room was cozy but the bath tub in the CR is leaking. The meals served was not satisfying compared to the other less expensive hotels in Albay that we have visited. This hotel-resort is only 3 star for me.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. But I'd rather rate this so called 5 star resort hotel 4 vs 5 due to delayed serving of our breakfast meal (2hrs serving? Also, it's NOT included in the amt we paid for the rooms costs equivalent to the standard paycheck of regular Juan's in private companies) 🤯🙄

it smells moldy, and the resort was very unimpressive, the staff wasn't very helpful.
i asked to see the resort and they wouldn't show me around unless I paid 1,300 pisos, i refused to pay them so i can look at the resort!
nothing there but a drab concrete college dorm rooms!
difficult to get there and not very much to offer!
i wouldn't stay in that un exciting resort!
