I am a returning Filipino citizen and pre booked for my 7 days hotel quarantine. I was upgraded to an executive suite and I am very satisfied with my room after the upgrade. It was excellent not because the room was big but it was much cleaner. Staff and duty Manager are very helpful. All staff are very accommodating and very courteous and very understanding of the need of the guest. Food was great and in room service are very excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Joy
With my experience I am still oblige to give my honest review. My first day was not good and talked to the Duty Manager.... sorry I forget the name. The room was really on bad condition, uncleaned and very dull. I send all the pictures of the room to the Duty Manager which is very helpful. When i booked I looked into the pictures and review and was satisfied with what i see and what i read and go ahead with my booking but dismayed where they put me first.
I understand the protocol of this pandemic. We paying guest expect a very healthy condition of the rooms to be able to be comfortable on a contained quarantine time.
Overall I am grateful for the upgrade although it should have not been necessary if it was right on the very beginning.
