I stayed there about three years ago, and these are the two biggest complaints about the hotel.
1. The hotel has an event hall, so it is crowded with outsiders besides guests. So the hotel lobby is often too noisy.
2. When I check out, the hotel deducts UNICEF funds that I don't even want from my deposit.
It's terrible!!!
Other than that, most employees are kind and breakfast is delicious. The size of the pool is too small, but few people use it, so it doesn't matter.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is excellent and very clean. The food is of good quality but some dishes are uninspired and the breakfast choices lack variety. And the hotel staff English is not excellent. For the price of a room, it did not meet up to my expectations.
