Great experience!!! I went Saturday eve around 6pm. The place was packed!!! It was alive and exciting. I had a stacked burger From the New Orleans Cafe, it was amazing, tasted like 5 guys!! Spent the evening playing slots, social distancing was happening, every other machine was open. Great safe atmosphere. Cannot wait to go back.

Disappointed.. 3rd stay. LAST STAY
First day was decent but not great.
Second stay was cold breakfast in an office staff paying for her breakfast at the customer breakfast bar with the cigarette.
Last night was the last day I will ever do.
There was almost no wins for anyone for the second and third time visit.
There was NO coffee in the room..
No attendant where you could get coffee or soda without waiting in a long line at the bar..
There was no breakfast but offered a little bag with a few items in it..
The price of this room is twice any other hotel and most hotels have at least made a competition for a simple breakfast and most all have coffee at least available in the lobby early in the morning.
The last two times when I pose the issues to the desk their attitude is oh well...
So hey Mardi gras management..
OH WELL!
Since the new people took over this location has went downhill drastically.
if you're looking for somewhere to throw your money down the drain I'll send you my address!
YOU WILL REGRET staying here!
