Sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line to Bermuda for a 7 day cruise. They have it all together! Never missed a beat getting our cruise booked.

This place was a nightmare. My 7 day cruise was magical. However, getting on and off the ship was chaos to say the least. The onboarding process was almost 3 hours of being shuffled around. The staff at the terminal seemed just as confused in the process of where we should be going as we were. Disembarking, we were rushed out of the terminal into the middle of the highway. Flying to Miami to embark in Port Canaveral was less stressful than driving to Manhatten and embarking here.

There's nothing better than sailing out of New York! The views are amazing. I've sailed out of here on NCL and Carnival. The building could use some updating. I never understood why they didn't have some food vendors here. Carnival's process seemed a little more organized. Disembarking is a terrible process on both lines.
