Clean rooms and a better than average breakfast, though the wait staff could have used another hand. Only real complaint here was that my magnetic room key kept crapping out... even though I kept it away from my cell phone as cautioned by the staff.

Great hotel, they shuttle you to the casino. Its close to main Natchez neighborhood. Front desk was very helpful and gave great suggestions.

Booked our stay online. Arrived to property to be told that we could not have our booked room because the front desk woman was holding it for her managers friend. The front desk attendant told me she was sorry she forgot to block it off online and that the other person would get the room because her manager needed it for them. She kept repeating it was her fault and she didn't block the room. Then I was told that it was not their fault, it was mine. That I didn't understand the situation. The woman kept calling me baby and honey. It was a complete lack of respect. I've never been so disappointed in somewhere to stay. Employees doing favors for friends and screwing others out of their booked room. Not a place I would return too.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. We arrived eay to bike ride the Natchez Trace trail and the hotel staff allowed a very early check in. Nice place to stay in Natchez
