Thankful for the service provided by the receptionists especially Mme Manal, but unfortunately we received poor treatment by the waiter Mr Karim, who's rude with costumers. Plus the towels weren't provided in the room!

So I spent my honeymoon here and I was very pleased with the room i was given. The staff were extremely professional and friendly.
ESPECIALLY the 2 ladies In the reception area . I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place, but rooms could do with new carpets, and fresh paint.

Apart from that, excellent customer services especially Karim.

Friendly and great staff, delicious food, nice GYM, great and comfortable room, super amazing location in Tanger where you can reach everywhere in minutes, nice decorations, Really it is recommended a place to stay, you will enjoy

Firstly I would like to thank the front desk receptionist Mme Manal , and also the view was magnificent. Secondly unfortunately during our stay we were deceived by the hotel , for 5 stars hotel chain we didn't think it would be this bad . One of the main issues is the breakfast , short range no choices really poor the other issue is we had to pay for a cappuccino taken with the breakfast . Didn't expect to pay for the drink since it never happened to us before . This is my opinion , I hope that the hotel takes it into consideration and thank you
