So after months of going to Concho once or twice a week and having no luck (see reviews below) my wife and I decided to try Newcastle just to see if it was just bad luck or if suspicions of tight machines was true. My wife and I walked out of Newcastle after several hours of play, fun and entertainment with 1700.00. We took in 300.00. I think my suspicions of extremely tight machines at Lucky Star are true.
Here is another review. 300.00. Thirty minutes of play. Never won anything. Another high roller donation. The causal better will not win anything. My luck has not changed after multiple visits. Not happy with the play.
Yet another update. 500.00 for 1 hour of play. Another donation to the high rollers. All the fun is gone.
Update. I have visited the casino every Friday for the past several months and not won anything or even been able to play for more than an hour per visit. You have taken the fun out of my visits. I even use a players club card. The drive time and frustration just isn't worth it. Goodbye for me.
The restaurant is worth a trip. Fast and delicious food. The gambling however is less than fun the last 3 to 4 times I have visited. The machines are real tight when I have played. It has been in and out in less than an hour on my alloted money. I don't expect to win but would like to be able to play for a little while instead of spin spin spin out of money. The last 4 trips have been a bust. Spin 2 dollars maybe win 50 cents. It is frustrating. I know you will have off nights but my goodness 4 times in a row has got me wondering if I want to return. Maybe I will just go there for a good meal. 5 stars for the food. 1 star for the play. Came back to try my luck again. It was a bust. Never won over what I started out in the machine. I am loosing hope that I can make an evening of it and have a little fun. Again just made a donation and not much play.
