We went into the lobby to check in and the young lady at the front desk was helping a customer before us. Then a few minutes later a gentleman walked behind the counter and was so friendly and you could tell he was a new employee because he would ask the young lady questions while checking us in. She wouldn't smile and did not seem to want to be at work that day. Besides that we thought the room was clean & the bed was big and the room was very comfy, parking was great & the casino was clean. We decided to eat dinner at the restaurant and that was clean & food took a while but everything there was fine. The only thing I think needed some work was the girl behind the counter could have been a little more inviting and maybe greeted us or maybe a smile. When going into the casino after settling in we walked to the front desk area to go into the casino and there was a sign that said out temperature needed to be checked before entering. We stopped and she just nodded walked over again no smile and no greet. Checked our temps & no words, very unwelcoming feeling with her. My 4 stars are for the room, the casino cleanliness, the restaurant & the man who checked us in.

A very nice little casino and hotel. The casino is clean and smoke free and the staff working there are more than friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant has some really good food, I highly recommend the tacos. They come on homemade tortillas and taste fantastic.
The hotel is nice, clean and quiet with easy access to the highway and plenty of parking. The beds are simply some of the best. They are some of the same pillow top mattress that I have slept on in the biggest casinos in Reno.

We stayed at the resort there in the suite. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. There was hair in the sink drain. The sofa bed had seen better days. The mattress was shot and not able to sleep on it. Ended up just sleeping on the couch or in the chairs pushed together. Food was horrible in the restaurant.

We loved the Tuesday $7.77 special but our waitress was less than thrilled. She never checked on us to see if we wanted another round or dessert. Would like like to see vegan menu options. Casino was great!! And the lodge was very nice!!
