The 13 is the most luxurious hotel ever built in the world; and it is one of the most expensive hotels ever built. I skipped the entry level villa and stayed at the the Villa de Stephen, which is named after Co-Chairman Stephen Hung. The villa is the largest at 30,000 square feet. It costed me $100,000 per night to stay at the largest villa at The 13. I stayed there for 48 hrs. Highly Recommended !!!

This hotel is way too loud for me, tacky for my style. It was originally built for clientele from the Arab world and hence the decor. This place is losing money as they are unable to secure a licence for casino and the location is far from all the actions.
They have dropped their initial plan for US$2,000 per night to around a tenth of that at local $2,000 a night. Ouch!
Apart from the decor, the room is clean and spacious. Excellent shower, very strong and plenty of water! One of the very best!

This place amazed me in more ways than I can describe. It was just so beautifully lavishly decorated, and the attention to detail they had with every aspect of the hotel was a tremendous shocking factor. I hope to one day return.

Amazing service, felt like a royal! The pool was next level amazing, especially during the rain. The hospitality service guys Prince, Ron, and Tofu were super genuine and kind and def made the stay even better! Prince was the one that even convinced us to stay the night at the hotel that night!
