Great place to park your rv. Oasis in the desert. Nice pool, nice pond, nice petting zoo. Just don't eat there. The meatloaf was a little bit of meat with a bucket of gravy. Meat was hard to cut it was so tough. Mexican food in the middle of nowhere was not a smart choice. But don't serve a crisp corn tortilla that has no crunch left. Felt like leather. Meat was undetectable inside the taco, almost crunchy. Breakfast might have been better we were afraid to try. Waitress was extremely nice and hard working. She had the entire restaurant. Smell of smoke made it difficult to breath but it is a casino. Staff was very nice. Definitely stop just don't eat

We stayed here as a base for daily trips to Death Valley. It is about 30 minutes from the entrance to the park. It offers nice and clean rooms, amenities (pool and span), a casino (obviously - although we didn't enjoy any of it), a mini market and a gas station, and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Staff was overall very nice to us.
The hotel decor is quaint and a tad old fashioned, which actually adds to the charms of the place.
Good place to stay if you're visiting (South) Death Valley!

I had a great stay here! My room was not fancy, but it was clean. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I ate at the restaurant inside and it was good. Honestly, I didn't expect to enjoy my stay because the hotel seems to be in a remote location, but it served as a great base camp for my day trips into Death Valley. Plus, they have gas and a small store inside. I am certainly staying here the next time I make a trip to Death Valley.

Great place! So glad we experienced it. Decor is very cool- antique filled rooms and walls- cool things to look at everywhere. Casino was small but big enough for our tastes. Food in cafe was good. Room large and clean- outdoor pond lovely. Greeted upon arrival by ducks and a rooster- small petting zoo as well with lovely gentle donkey. Large convenience store- everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay and in the middle of nowhere!

Price was right. Had everything we needed and more. It felt very homey. Convenience store well stocked. Very clean and all employees were helpful and available. Was a great find Had diesel fuel too. Try the biscuits and gravy. Also look for jackpot the cat. Bathrooms gambling open all night. Will stay here again. Iam in a wheelchair and was able to access the whole property.
