It seems to be getting a little run down and has been having trouble recovering from the strike last year. Many of the slot machines don't work properly, won't recognize or accept players cards. Some staff at Guest Services seem to lack training or just don't care. The casino has an ad in the Vernon Guide which instructs you to "mention this coupon at guest services" to get $10 free play added to player's card but staff member refused to do this without the coupon. We had to come back another day. A little attitude enhancement would be of benefit.
