I have always liked the medium size casino. Let's isle shine. But is truly the casino with heart. Thank you Lady luck. Looking forward to many more relaxing hot bathes after an enjoyable night gaming. Comps are awesome. Not hoping for a kick back. Honestly my best casino comps come from Lady Luck.

I was very upset. For 2 day stay no one at lady luck check in desk . Had to go all the way over to the isle to check in, and my wife is disabled. Then on second day we were in bed, and got scared to death by a man opening our door while wife was not dressed saying something about paying . We said we had paid and he shut door. It happened again ! About 2 hours later me and my wife were spending time alone when the door opened again. My wife was so upset! Called the isle front desk and was told they would call housekeeping for it was in computer that we were in our room. So I gave it poor for those reasons. The room is comfortable and affordable, but the service ect takes away all the positives. Oh, by the way, no matter when you bathe , the hot water seems to be timed. It's hot for two minutes and turns cold. Shut it off , turned on and it's hot again. Go figure!

Stayed here a few times and it's pretty nice. The rooms are nice but we have had bathrooms that were a little dirty (faucets and shower heads were dirty) but nothing major. The casino is cozy but there's plenty to do. Sarah is the greatest and most friendly worker here!

Great place to get rid of all your extra money and the other part too if you aren't careful

Amazing room for a great price! Check in was a little confusing, but the hotel was lovely, clean, and well maintained!
