I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Had a little issue with the room at check in and was quickly accommodated. Karina the front desk manager was awesome (a one woman show). Be patient with her if she's the only one at the front when you check-in, she's sweet. Able and Juan were awesome at Solera also! The hotel had everything to offer from the lobby becoming a party spot in the evening to the casino within the hotel. It depends on what type of vibe you want. If you like the modern, party scene then stay here. The beach was nice and the rooms with ocean views are great. Also, I didn't have a problem with room cleaning. If I saw someone I just asked for what I needed. They were a nice crew.

Not worth it. We paid around $500 a night expecting the hotel to live up to the 4 star standard and it doesn't even reach 2 stars. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the room was decent, our room view and the pools were nice, and the beach itself is beautiful. Other than that, I recommend finding a better hotel. The service is flat out terrible. You're made to feel as if the servers and hotel workers are doing you a favor. No one answers the phone. Loud music and loud guests. Food was okay but overpriced. The "complimentary beach service" is nonexistent- no one brings you food or drink and if they do it's with an attitude. We got kicked off the beach chairs and beach umbrella at 5:30pm when we were most definitely not done using them at the beach, so much for the $400 "resort" fees.

I have NO idea how this hotel gets good reviews. I think they must be from people who haven't been to legitimate 4-5 star hotels that actually deliver for the price paid.

Wow! I had the best time ever here! Booked this place for a great price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm so grateful I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I typically spend.

While visiting Puerto Rico, I stayed at this hotel.. Loved this hotel, the food and the scenery, especially the ocean view from my window.. Puerto Rico is beautiful. My overall experience was wonderful, I'm visiting again.

WOW! Spectacular service. Young vibes, party but relaxed type of atmosphere. There is restaurants on site and everything is in walking distance. Three pools, Beautiful beach.. The staff is so nice. Highly recommend for a younger crowd, clean room! Literally perfect, if you are going to stay in this area you need to stay here!!!

Summary: Stay here if they charge $100-$150.

Good: nice view from the room, got what was advertised. I think the room was pretty much the best part of staying here. The beach access was nice but had some downsides. Plenty of pools and the food and drinks were good. The location has tons of good restaurants around it.

Bad: Staff wasn't professional or responsive. To be fair, they were generally pleasant IF you could ever get a hold of them. The place is chaotic and things just take forever - be it check in (took over an hour) or simply calling room service (they normally just don't pick up, at all). If you're looking for a place that provides you with a nice, relaxing vacation with a certain level of exclusivity that comes from booking a stay with a beach resort then this is not the place. It seems like this place may be trying to be a more "spring break" sort of location which isn't what it costs. Loud music late at night, chaotic in management and quite crowded, I'll stay at this place again if it costs $100-$150 a night.

I travel quite a bit for work and always stay with Marriott and my stay was pretty much paid for with points so it didn't sting as much; please don't spend your hard earned money on a full price for this place.
