Staff on the phone are not well trained, Staff don't know how to communicate client over the phone. Service is really bad. This is not a 5 start Hotel, It's shamed to call it 5 star.

The hotel provides a relaxing ambiance. The foods are healthy and tasty.The hotel staff are very accommodating. A secured parking space is available at west entrance of the hotel.

I had no decent photo of the place but the service, staff and accommodation was great. We booked for a day use since there was a widespread brownout (6am-6pm). Got to check in by 11am and was suppose to check out by 6pm but they gave the room to us for an overnight. My family got to relax and listen to music at chalet roof top that night, there was a live band playing while you dine (rooftop is open until 9pm new normal). What I like most is the safety and sanitation and I got to bring an infant with me.

The front desk gave me a hard time with my confirmed booking in agoda. I never had that experience in all the hotels i booked thru agoda
