First time there very impressed will go there again when we go back.

Staff are very friendly. Like that they still offer free drinks. The hotel rooms were clean and customer service was phenomenal. Restaurants are very nice. Having multiple options for dining is great.
Machines were so tight at both places. It felt like we should've just gave them our money at the door and left. I remember when they advertised their machines paid out the most in the UP and they actually did.

Kings Club is an older casino with a small snack bar. The machines are older and it is dark and dingy there. It is part of the Brimley Casino and the same members card can be used at both. I had a difficult time getting ant machine to accept my members card and after 7 machines rejected it I ask for new card. Even with the new card I had a difficult time getting any machine to accept my members card. I went from machine to machine until I would find one that would accept it. I found only find about 10% of the machines would accept my members card and they were ones that had a high minimum per spin. After about an hour I was totally frustrated and left and went to the Brimley Casino. I will not be returning.

Waited for about 15 minutes for help at the players card desk, several associates walked by and never acknowledged me or the other 2 customers waiting there for help. Machines not paying out at all, probably won't be back.
