The front desk was prompt but did not really explain anything about the hotel. It took someone walking around with a pool noodle for me to know that there was a pool. I had to find the restaurant and bars on my own. The room was fine other than the fact that the room had a strong musky smell. The elevator area on our floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The one silver lining was Maurice, our shuttle driver. If I could rate him, I would give him 5 stars.

We LOVE staying at the casino! We have stayed at quite a few places in the Soo and this is by FAR the BEST place to stay! The rooms are always clean! The rates are better than anywhere else in the area, and it's always a nice perk to get discounted rates from playing at the casino.
It's nice that you don't have to be 21 to get in to this casino. They have a nice selection of slot machines, and a couple different rooms that you can play in. Decent size place for the size of the town!

I don't know where these people are coming from that say it's outdated and not clean. We had room 604 and it was great. The only goop I saw was a 3 inch spot in the elevator. My husband in disabled and has an electric scooter. He had no problems whatsoever getting around. He had 1000 dollars to spend and left with 970 dollars. I lost only because I Did Not quit when I was ahead. 2 of the machines my husband tried took money and then for some reason wouldn't take any more money?????Also he went to redeem a ticket for about 78 dollars. Nothing. No money and it wouldn't give the ticket back. He had to get help. The guy opened it up and said its not here. What??? The guy looked and looked and found it had jammed. He found a tiny piece of it and pulled the ticket out. He said he'd never seen anything like it before. The chicken wings and the bacon egg and cheese croissants from the deli were 5 star.
