Only allows foreigners in if they register at least 24 hours in advance AND you have to win a random lottery and be selected to enter the casino the following day. Rule only applies to non-Koreans for some reason, all native Koreans are permitted at any time.

Nice but isolated - good casino and hotel rooms. Great to go skiing however you have to visit the town for decent food.
