We've been coming here long enough that the wonderful valet staff recognizes us which always makes you feel good! The service is always excellent and the grounds are well kept. Wee actually sat outside watching the koi for quite a while. The atmosphere added a special touch to our short stay. See you next time!!!

Great hotel! A one stop shop if you're looking for a weekend getaway. Rooms we're extremely clean+++++! Grounds are nice for a quiet walk our relaxation. Awesome dining options too!! I'll go back. Nice job JW!!

My partner and I love staying at this gem! I am a model and it is such a nice relaxing place to escape to. We enjoy eating at the restaurant since it is not only convenient, the food is delicious, and the entire staff are impeccable! We have became frequent flyers to this resort and it is close to everything we need. In the restaurant, the overwhelming welcoming by everyone from the awesome managers Phillip who I adore, and the fun loving wonderful older gentleman, the servers, the beautiful hosts who greet you upon arrival, and the food runner with the best personality! We didn't feel like frequent customers yet we felt like family ??'? The attendant who checked us in was a very humorous and kind man, while even the valets are fun and friendly. This is an oasis! I highly recommend it for the luxurious tub, comfortable bed, incredible scenic view from the balcony, and listening to the lavish white noise from the nearby waterfall. You also must dine at Earl Grey.
