My husband and I just visited this property over the weekend, and we are Lifetime Platinum/Titanium members- which lets you know how much we've travelled and stayed at Marriott hotels. This hotel is conveniently located and very clean. The staff was kind to upgrade us to a suite, which was spacious and modern. However, we will NOT be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to our friends (especially child-free couples) for the following reasons:

1. There is no designated area for adults that is free from the screaming and playing of small children. There is a section of the pool that is clearly marked "Adults Only", but it is full of families with children and the policy is not enforced. If you are wanting to lay out in the sun or go for dip where it is quiet and relaxing, you won't find such a place at this resort.
2. There is ONE restaurant that serves breakfast and unless you want to eat a buffet between 6:30-7:00am, be prepared to stand in a 45-min line that wraps around the corner and extends down the hallway. It's absolutely ridiculous and poor planning on the hotel's part. This was our main complaint.
3. The casino's restrooms wreak of cigarette smoke and smell, yet nothing seems to be done to correct the situation.
4. The hotel will not allow you to borrow their pool towels for the beach. Like other island resorts, they should implement a sign-out system where we sign out towels using our name and room#, and in the event the towels aren't returned, the guest is simply charged for them. This ensures that the guest will have a towel for the beach AND the hotel will have their towels returned to them.

There are many beautiful boutique hotels nowadays in Jeju that are more affordable than these big-name resorts, while offering competitive amenities. We will be opting to go that route on our next trip to the island.

Great place. I would definitely recommend going if you have kids. My four range from 9-16 and they all enjoyed it. I only gave it 4 stars because a few things were closed due to maintenance and the food was a little expensive ( but it's a theme park, so not uncommon). It is also on the small side compared to American theme parks. But for the price, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff is more than worth it. Planning to go again in the summer when the water park is open.

1. Fitness center is big enough for two people. Shockingly small and nothing is there
2. Parkings are limited and hard to find close ones
3. ugly view
4. boring architectures

I judge places that are considered 5 star harshly based on the price I pay. This was a horrible experience.
It took two hours just to get into a swimming pool because of the nonsense with fobs and extra keys. Access only allowed to certain clients and not other clients.
It takes 20 minutes to walk from the room to the parking lot and you're going to get lost on the way.
There is no elevator to get your luggage upstairs so prepare to lug your bags up the stairs before they finally realize you need help.
The atmosphere is absolutely weird in this place. It feels like a mix between a cheesy awkward college student club and a family resort. They couldn't pick the audience they wanted to cater to so they went for both and totally missed the mark.
My wife who is usually very easy going was very upset after the few nights we had here. We ended up cancelling out stay after the first few nights and went elsewhere.
They brought a lot of high end restaurants into the resort but all of them are overpriced even compared to their Seoul counterparts. I live near one of these restaurants in Seoul and the price and quality here was not even close to what it should be. Expect to pay a 30% premium and get only marginally good experience.
All in all. Skip this one unless you really need to use the water park. And even then just use the park but ignore the hotel. It's bad. Used a picture of the weirdly placed trash can to summarize my experience here
