The comps are great and it's hard to stay away from the excitement of the table games but, if you don't have the money to lose, you better stay away because it can be very addictive! However, if you do have the money, there is no better way to spend it and, I have been known to take home the big wins that keep me coming back! Also, I have enjoyed perks like free cruises and more. Once you start playing here, you can't stay away. It's a fun time.

It's a cool casino located in an old department store. In fact, it's the department store featured in A Christmas Story.

They have plenty of slots, table games, and bars to keep everyone happy. We were there on a weekend and the place was pretty busy but not at all crowded.

I would have given five stars but I didn't win big.

Really cool casino experience. Easy to navigate and find the games we wanted. Very appealing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Great bar selection. Good food selection with okay prices. Easily accessible and well-lit parking where you can get to the casino quickly.

It has changed quite a bit. It's cool if you are downtown Cleveland looking for something to do. If you aren't a heavy gambler on the tables it's not a place for you table limits are $25. You are better off taking the drive to Mountaineer, The Meadows, or Rivers where they have more reasonable table prices at 10 & 15 with a great atmosphere and better player perks. The Jack hasn't been the same since it was a Caesar property (Horseshoe). No longer a fan of Jack I'd recommend taking the drive to PA or WV.

I was there on Friday. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to take the time to do so. Anyone who has been knows that getting drinks at tables is sometimes hard as they understaff this position. Friday was a different story. While playing blackjack on the 3rd floor Tina ( I believe) was the absolute beat waitress I have ever had. She was so attentive. So much so that I asked to speak to her boss to let them know how great she was. Her boss was amazing and friendly also. I also met my host sandy for the first time. Although we had never met she has been absolutely amazing anytime we have spoken on the phone. She was even more amazing in person. While I wish their rewards system was more like total rewards, the staff at the jack is amazing. Definitely take the time to speak with the employees. They make the experience even better.
