I visited Jack with my girlfriend for a special evening out.
We had cocktails, which were excellently mixed, prices were surprisingly reasonable. The food was fantastic, especially the gamba piri piri.
The waiters were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great time.
Coming to Jack is great, easy going ambiance, good music, excellent food, drinks and service... should do it more often!

Food not bad even if it could be better for the price you pay but the service it's very disappointing.
They are very kind but they don't have any clue of what "service" means. The restaurant was almost empty but we had to wait for everything (I'm not considering the time needed for cooking, that's normal).
Something very disappointing is the choice to not leave all the bottles (water, wine) on the table. That's ok if somebody keep an eye and fills the empty glasses. But if there's nobody doing it and you have to call the waiter or get up and take the bottle, it becomes annoying.
