Very fun the first casino to arrive in black hawk and great atmosphere and employees very friendly and helpful.
Loved my first experience there would return for many more.
Hotel rooms nice as well good great up to late hours.

The food at the Thanksgiving buffet was very good. It was nice to be able to try so many different things. It was also fun to use the $5 in "free-play" money given for signing up for a card, but it was very frustrating trying to (and ultimately never succeeding) to find penny slot machines that had a minimum bet of 1ยข. The hot chocolate at the bar was great though!

The room was very nice
The staff at the hotel check in, not so; especially this one guy whom was bearded, wear glasses, and look like he in his mid thirties! The machines are so so! The food is pricey. There's no way that you can accumulate a meal on your card; unless you play a huge amount. The hotel itself is beautiful!

waited 30 minutes in line to cash out. only 2 cashiers in regular cashier line.
we called in for late check out as we arrived around 10 p.m. the night before. we set a do not disturb sign on our door knob. house keeping woke us up 3 times to kick us out starting 3 hours before late check out. the 3rd time they were pounding on the door and screaming through the crack to get out. we got out before the time the desk told us we were good till. we paid for a junior sweet and got 4 hrs of sleep do to the crazy house keeping security. the desk should have let house keeping know we had late check out and worst case if for some reason we would have stayed past late check out, go ahead and charge my credit card on file.
other than that my wife and I had great
service at and bar and table games.
