International Tourist Club is just like a dmall casino. Inside International Tourist Club, you can get to play Jackpots/Black Jack etc... The payment will be in US dollars. International Tourist Club is located below New Word Saigon Hotel one of the EXIT. Inside International Tourist Club, eat abd drink is free flow. Overall this place is a relax place, but it is also depend how you see it.
