Greetings friends went to the bingo for the first time and must say that it was a good playing experience, all employees nice, helpful very energetic, this is late night bingo, check times before going, I will definitely be going back to play.

Will not be coming back here again! I pay good money to play and the fact that this establishment can just rob you of your money and not issue you a refund for a computer that you never received a receipt for is beyond me! I repurchased 4 $20 computers that i had from the first session and bout paper as well. I added 2 early birds to each computer for $1 each which came out to a total of $92! I gave the cashier $102! Before she could put the money in the register i decided to purchase another $20 computer and add early birds to it for $22...so she gave my back the $2 and I gave her another $20 for a total of $120! She gave me back $6 in change (5 $22 computers = $110 and a paper for $4 equaling $114). I grab my extra computer and go back to my seat to enter the codes and that's when i realized i didn't have my 5th receipt! I went back up to the register to let the cashier know and was basically told there was nothin they could do about it! Literally!!! Didn't attempt to refund me back my money but instead kept it and considered receipt a loss receipt! Her transaction on her register didn't match what i had purchased as they were tryin to look back at the receipt history! None of what they were sayin made any damn sense yet and still there was NOTHIN they could do about it! I've been playin bingo for years and never ran into such poor customer service or just an establishment that don't even try and help their customers out! It's less than 20feet from the register to where i was sitting smh! There's no way i just magically loss that ONE receipt walking from there to my chair! Make it make sense! Too many bingo halls out here with way better Customer service and management that actually try to help their customers! SMH!

Great place had lots of fun kid friendly. They help you a lot if you have questions and friendly as well. Great food too

The floor staff were nice, but only attentive to the people they know; so many pulltab games sold out before we could buy.

They only play 4 bingo games and 1 game is extra - for two people playing two sessions it was $64 for of 8 bingo games.

Plus, if you're not playing every Pulltab game you might do like I did and fall asleep from boredom between bingo games!

Atmosphere is very "homey"....I feel very comfortable and everyone is very pleasant...
