I did not book the hotel, but I have an idea, I will not mention this idea because I did not do the experience in general. The hotel is clean and beautiful and has a great view of the lake "Lake Annecy"

Went there for lunch at their restaurant la Voile. We went for the surprise 8 course menu. It was really nice, with some nice surprises (the sweet bread was delicious, the strawberry/Basil dessert as well). The staff was really friendly and helpful. ...and patient with 5yo and our 20 months old. Superb view on the lake as well. All in all a very nice experience. I missed a little bit of craziness in the food for a higher rating but very nice experience there.

My partner and I had an absolutely brilliant time here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and they speak very good English so we were able to communicate easily. The room was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious and the facilities were excellently maintained.
The location is perfect and they views are a delight.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a calm peaceful stay in Annecy.
