The staff was the amazing and so kind. They are helpful and greeted us every day and made sure we were always taking care of and having a great time. Naomi was amazing she greeted us with a smile everyday and made sure we were having fun throughout the day. The food was delicious and the rooms were beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who ask where to stay. So family orientated. I will be returning to this resort next year.

Meals are so delicious and there is so many options.
During the season there was seaweeds but they were keep cleaning it.
And you must have Sauna Island experience with them either.

This 5 star review is based solely on the entertainment staff and the working staff such as waiters, cooks, and cleaning staff. All of above listed folks were the best! Entertainment crew was so much fun, so lively, and very very nice. The waiters were always so attentive and always so nice and ready to get you whatever you needed. This hotel is so lucky to have these smiling and friendly individuals otherwise my rating would have been a 3.
The reason for this is because the front desk staff and the "concierge" are so very lacking and not friendly at all. It's a shame because they probably get paid more than the others but they are not great at customer service. Room check in was at 3 and we arrived much earlier than that but even at 3 the room wasn't ready. As soon as we asked for manager, guess what? Room was suddenly ready. Our "concierge" told us she would take care of everything and told us we can make reservations for the restaurants the next day because everything was booked. Well, next day apparently the Mexican restaurant was booked for the entirety of our trip. She made it seem that the next day we can make reservations and it would be fine but again not the case. We then again asked to speak to management and once again, we now had reservations to the Mexican restaurant. Our "concierge" tried to get us to go to the breakfast presentation and once we mentioned we were not interested and we didn't want to spend our time doing that, she practically ignored us the rest of the time and would not even greet us.
The food at the restaurants was really good and the dinner buffet had different themes every night such as Chinese, Mexican, etc...
Overall this is a great resort, I'm just glad I didn't need to deal with the front staff too much.

This place was the first place I went to out of the country(I'm from USA) I just have to say it was one of the best vacations I have been on in my whole life. The food is delicious, the staff are very nice and we even made good friends with some of them. The pool area is beautiful and even has a pool for the children and lots of other things for the kids.
They have awesome shows at nice and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Would recommend to anybody who wants to take a family vacation or a girls trip, we even saw a wedding here so you could do that but over all 10/10!!!! Can't wait to be back.

Had a great time at that resort. Very nice employees, one employee that stood out was Popeye. He is the nicest person you can find. He treated us like family and was always there to play cards with us in the evening! He also signed mommy girlfriend and I up for dancing and had the time of our lives. Another employee was Michael he worked at the towel hut every time I went up for a towel he was very enthusiastic.
