Absolutely no WiFi in the rooms and the restaurant which supposedly has WiFi is closed in the day.

The rooms were clean and simple. For the most part, the service was good since the staff always did their best to help with anything that was needed. However, the main reason I booked this hotel was to be able to use the WiFi. Unfortunately, what was not mentioned is that the WiFi is only available from the pool and restaurant, which was very inconvenient. I had work to complete one evening and the pool and restaurant also close after a certain time. The staff tried their best to help me but when I reached out to the manager about this, I never received a response about this. Their booking pages should specify that the WiFi is only available in a specific area of this hotel and if that's the case, the area should remain opened all night at least. I expected more for the price I paid and the fact that this is a "resort and casino." A response regarding this would have been the minimum. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if WiFi connection is a priority.

In my humble opinion not having hot water or barely functioning doors disqualifies one from calling it a hotel. No offense to the staff that was very nice.

I think a few improvements would go a long way

It was a nice room with an Ocean View, a good size room and they sent my free breakfast to my room. They have a 24 hr super so you can get beers late. I would rebook was very happy.

The casino had an assortment of slot machines, two Pai Gow Poker table games, and one Roulette-style lotto game.
The casino implemented COVID protocol for a safer gaming environment.
