Booked a room, confirmed by hotels.com and the Hotel canceled by booking for no reason at the front desk, they asked via WhatsApp for my credit card informations. Super suspicious... ??'?🏻??'?🏻??'?🏻

The music on the roof was way too loud. And wasn't any good either. Until the DJ. There is no shade which I was very surprised at! I gave 1 star as the burger I had was nice

Excellent hotel. Great staff and food was quite good. Pool facilities should be reopened!!

Very nice hotel. But it's a shame that they closed the pool and hot tub when we went I December which didn't make any sense since the prices were not reduced.
The rooms extremely neat but had a foul smell inside not sure what was it though.
It has a restaurant inside where you can have your breakfast lunch n dinner for extra.
The breakfast was good but never choose this place if you don't have a car because this way outside the city and if you are looking for bus or train this is not the place for you since it's near to Airport but not to center.

The Hotel is out of the city in the middle of an industrial zone. Nearest bus station is far from the hotel and you have to across a highway without any traffic lamp or any footbridge. It is very dangerous especially in the night. The breakfast is poor and the personal is unprofessional(they talk all time loudly to each other in the restaurant like they are at home). You have to wait long time to order an omelette because there is no one there to take the order. The woman at the reception was very informative, helpful during the check-in.
