The room and general interior appears somewhat dated. We had various stains on the walls and the paint or furnishing flaking off. There were exactly two coat hangers and no other amenities to speak off. The bathroom was small and the shower curtain hardly did it's job, same as the slow draining shower sink. Breakfast is very basic. Staff was very nice overall and given how low the price for the accommodation is, even for Slovenian standards, one can't really complain about all of the above. On the other hand, I would probably prefer to pay 10 Euros more next time, to have a slightly higher standard.
The restaurant has many Italian customers and most of the food was good. Fish dishes seem to be particularly popular, however my mushrooms and queen scallops tasted burned. Prices in the restaurant are significantly higher compared to every other average neighborhood restaurant. The quality of the food might mostly be worth it's price though, if you want something a bit fancier.

Good place for a pit stop and a night stay. The hotel itself is a bit rough around the edges but does the job. The selling point here is definitely the restaurant! The food is amazing!! So tasty and well presented, honest Slovenian cooking. Lots of fish options, they even fillet the fish in front of you! 5 stars for that. Lovely, friendly stuff, super helpful.

The place is relatively old and rooms are a bit outdated. I was fine with that but the entire place, especially my room has a strange unpleasant fishy smell. We slept with windows open since AC also made the smell worse and this really helped. It is acceptable place to spend one night in. It serves as a casino first anyway so I guess the quality of the rooms is not that high on the priority list. I must point out that the service was very friendly and pleasent. They made sure we feel really welcome here.

Darker room, needed to ventilate a bit. TV remembers the last millennium. The bed could be more comfortable. Typically sea food was delicious as well as breakfast. Also there's a railway near the hotel.
