I would've given 0 stars if it was possible.
My family had booked 6 rooms 3 weeks in advance and called multiple times to verify if our rooms were available. The day we were supposed to check in we called 3 times and each time the reception said not to worry and there were rooms available. Only for us to arrive and then tell us they had 5 rooms available.
How can this place be called a hotel when they can neither guarantee reservations that you booked 3 weeks in advance and were assured everything was available the day of checking in multiple times? Why would anyone want to book at a hotel where your reservations aren't guaranteed and there is a possibility you'll be stranded in the middle of nowhere. There was no discount for the unavailable room and the only options were to "take what we're offering or leave". Not once did the hotel call us to let us know that they were short on rooms.
This was the worst hotel experience in my entire life and the supervisor was the rudest man at the front desk. How he even works in hospitality is beyond me.

Very well appointed hotel. Staff courteous & friendly. Rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast and coffee good with some selection. We would go again.

First of all, they charge an extra $2 for a Delaware water conservation that they refused to explain to me what it is over the phone. I asked 3 times what it was and they just said "it's just something we charge." Then they refunded it.
Next, my best friend had a wedding this past weekend and she booked this hotel MONTHS ago to get our hair and makeup done because they said we can check in at 11, and a few days before the wedding they refused to honor that. Extremely disrespectful and I will never be coming back here.

Booked two rooms with some friends to stay on a weeknight while in the area. We were all impressed with how nice this hotel was, especially for being in Carbondale. It was cleaner and more modern/better aesthetics than two different Holiday Inn Expresses we stayed at the same week elsewhere in eastern PA. Easy parking on the ground floor of the garage right behind it. Room rates were very fair and a good value. Free continental breakfast was good enough and the attendant working it was excellent.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown. My family and I went there for the Easter brunch. The food was good! Service was excellent! Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
