The casino is nothing spectacular. The room was good. Didn't eat at any of the hotel restaurants...menu prices appeared too high. The pool area was the highlight, it has a nice sized pool, bar, and music stage, however it was only staffed by one person. Could have had more chairs out for those of us that just wanted a place to sit in the sun. The music played at the pool was for a 20-30 year old age group, when 95% of those at the pool were older than 40, most closer to 60...would recommend evaluating the music for the age group present.

We've come here for years. We love the Horseshoe. It's the only place we stay anymore. Rooms, food, it's all great. But it's folks like Anya. Dylan, and the whole staff that make us feel special. Thank you so much!! You are superstars.

There was an issue with what seemed like only one Bellhop for this huge place, but even with busy late afternoon check-in, he seemed to be enjoying the hectic mix of cars, baggage, and people. He worked our gear up with out too long a wait.
The 8oz is a favorite spot of mine to eat. it didn't disappoint. The tip here- read the menu carefully and listen to your server's suggestions.
The Horseshoe is a nice nice place to stay and play. I especially enjoyed plenty of pillows and a huge bathtub I could almost swim in. The Casino? How's it go? ' I made my donation.'

Great staff will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a good experience. Casino is on 3 levels so getting around is a bit difficult. Table games are all on one level so if you like them very easy to get to. Casino beverage service is second to none staff is very efficient and service is speedy. All in all one of the best resort casinos we have been to.

I love this hotel. I hate that there aren't coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. But they are always clean and comfortable. Didn't hit anything at the casino but we had a blast and they have the best drink service and the best coffee ever!
