Food was good and hot.

The other Hooters on Tropicana was a disaster with very rude staff. The dining room was filthy and the food was less than desirable.

Make sure you go to the Hooters on Rainbow it's the best.

I'm here at the restaurant and have the worst servers. Although I asked for a water, she never brought it. I had to ask another server for something to drink. It's typically standard business practice to ask your guest if if they would like something to drink. They never asked. The server was all too quick to ask me for my menu back. And not once during my stay did she come and check to see how I was doing. I visited Hooters for wings and not the scantly clad waitresses. The experience was such a disappointment that I spoke to the manager to voice my concerns before leaving and taking business elsewhere.

***Update: Spoke with the manager Phil and explained the situation with diplomacy, the way Phil managed the situation influenced my rating. It went from a 1 star up to a 4 star because Phil made things right. He not only empathized and apologized for the poor experience, he offered to pay for my meal. Phil's handling of the situation as a manager was done in such a way, I'm going to give this restaurant another shot at my business in the not too distant future. Great job, Phil. You are an asset to the franchise! I'm going to bump my rating up another star to 5 stars because my server also turned things around in an exceptional way. Great job you 2!

I'm from NY came to Vegas for the weekend with my coworker and his son. (For those of you in Nevada that says they want to see NY... don't, NY sucks especially In comparison to Vegas ) anyway, from walking in to getting food to the bill, this place was great. They were very busy but the servers still were on top of their game. Food came out fast, was good and just overall a good experience. Asked the server to split bill from my coworker and his sons at the last minute. She had no issue doing so. Good service , good server and good time. Highly recommend this location. And if they recommend their pretzels and cheese, just get it! It was good!

First time taking our boys and first time to this location. We usually go to the one in Miami and that place is great. This one, not so much. Food is decent although overpriced but for the limited amount of customers when we were there, the service should have been better. It wasn't bad but nowhere near the upbeat vibe we are used to.

Awesome service- our server was more than patient with us (had 4 kids with our party) and was super accommodating to us all... Food was great! Wings are bomb, of course. Steamed shrimp was super good too! 4 stars because women's restroom didn't have toilet seat covers & in one of the stalls the toilet paper dispenser was broken laying on ground of stall... Over all, great visit!
